Model Natálie Stejskalová (27) lives in Prague and her profession is not only modelling but also dancing, choreography and acting. What else did Natálie tell us?
- Do you devote to photo modelling, how did you get to it and what do you like about it?
Yes, I do. Besides dance shows, acting, singing, and choreography, it is my next very popular activity. I remember that since I was a child I like to take pictures and posed, and still have the same feeling today. :-D. I am delighted to do what I do.
- Have you done Nudity? Where is your boundary for what you would not do and why?
No, I have not. I really have to watch over all my cooperations to just go beyond a certain aesthetic limit, not only because I have the Miss SuperTalent of the World tittle but because it is how I feel about myself.
However, if it is really a work of art with anything that isn’t necessary visible just the beauty of the human body, I have nothing against it.
- What style of photography do you enjoy and why?
I don’t think I have a favourite style, I enjoy having an original concept and I can transform myself into someone else. I like to try new things, once I was a princess in a gorgeous dress, another time an amazon with wild wolves, sometimes a street fashion style or a bride.
- Do you have any goals in photo modelling? What have you already achieved?
Obviously I have goals and not only in modelling but I also like to let myself be surprised by life and mostly I have even bigger things to see.
Collaboration with Yemi AD and the world tour with the American rapper Kanye West, Czech tour with Karel Gott, win Miss SuperTalent of the World, being on the stage with Prince.
I believe it is important to work on yourself and never give up, everything has the right time to happen.
- What’s new with you since our last conversation about new collaborations?
It has been a long time right:) and lot of cooperations has happened, I don’t even know where to start it! I became the face of the Matrix Hair Colours, which was a really great cooperation led by Barbora H. Bezdíčková. I made a TV commercial for Dermacol, a music video with Mirai and Jen Music, the talented singer Jen Music-Honza Nedvěd which is well know from the NovaPlus TV show Battle of Covers. I am the face of the Loram Fashion by the designer Alena Tučková along with the moderator Petr Vojnar, did a photo shooting for the photographer Jakub Ludvík for the Aureole Restaurant, as well for both calendars, Fashion show for Osmany Laffita, I choreographed Miss Summer (knowing now as Miss Czech Republic) organised by Robert Novotný and Alex Belinger, also Queen and Beauty Universe by Jiří Morštadt, whom I also worked for Czech Fashion Week. I had the opportunity to be a part of a Bollywood movie as a dancer filmed in the Czech Republic.
I have regular shows abroad and many collaborations with photographers, designers, choreographers, dance shows. I would like to mention the sold out mega concert for legendary group Pražský výběr and Tvoje tvář má známý hlas (Your face sounds familiar) at O2 Arena where I performed. Unfortunately there is no room to mention everything..
- What do like to wear in your free time?
I’m a little chameleon in this. Sometimes you can meet me dressed elegantly in a dress with high heels and sometimes in sports with snickers. I think it’s great how thanks to the different style of clothing, we can transform and feel different. My favourite ones are dresses, overalls and interesting leggings. I like to wear luxury handbags for which I have a lot of weakness:)… Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent…
- You did participate in the project Tvoje tvář má známý hlas (Your face sounds familiar) Will you tell us more about it?
I was in the main dancers team, this TV show is forever in my heart. This show gave so many opportunities for dancers in Czech Republic and i was very pleased for being re-selected as one of the main dancers. This is a three months in a row shooting project, it is very challenging but when you have right part and inspiring artists around you it is a dream job. In general, I enjoy doing TV shows where there is a professional team and know the great feedback from the viewers, I think that the changes and performances of the selected artists have always been very interesting for the audience. I had the opportunity to alternate dance styles, each time they stylised us into other roles and costumes, which was amazing. I had an acting solo with Marta Jandová, I also like to remember the duet with Ondra Ruml and other numbers with Leona Machálková, Martin Dejdar, Markéta Konvičková, Milan Peroutka and many others.
The best part of it was the feedback I received from my fans after my performances, even a fan page was created with images of me in the show, their kindness and support has been incredible and I’m blessed for it. its amazing knowing that the tv show viewers consider the dancers are essential part of the show.
- What about plastic surgery? Do you have or are planning any?
I have nothing against plastic surgery. If it makes someone happier and helps, why not take advantage of today’s opportunities. Of course, everything with moderation, it must not be exaggerated.
- What have you been focusing on lately?
I been trying to improve myself in other art fields lately. I was always amazed by acting, so I decided to get more involve on it. I attended the acting curse in czech language with Katka Janečková, also in english language with Nancy Bishop. I have done several auditions for tv commercials, music videos, tv shows, and cooperated in many short movies with spoken roles from Prague Film School. Also, I have experience from the Činoherní klub and Viola Theatre where I’ve got a lead role in the play called Bethlehem. I am very attracted to film acting which I’m trying to focus on now, including rhetoric, dubbing and singing workshops.
